AstroTalk became India's 133rd unicorn via an ESOP buyback valuing it at $1 Bn, funded by operating profits. Shiprocket's ₹1,617 Cr IPO was 97% subscribed on day one. Yulu raised ₹888 Cr led by GEF Capital Partners to quadruple its fleet to 2 Lakh EVs.
