A General Goal-Conditioned Minecraft Model

Pantograph developed a method for learning goal-directed behavior from internet-scale video pretraining. The resulting 4B parameter model Pan achieves diverse and out-of-distribution goals in Minecraft, including fighting mobs, exploring, and building structures. The model generalizes to unseen environments without specific training on those goals.
