Revolut receives French banking licence

Revolut received a full French banking licence from the ACPR and the European Central Bank. Revolut Bank S.A. will start serving customers in France, then Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, and Spain. A new Western European HQ opens in Paris in 2027.
