Global Auto Holdings acquired seven Mercedes-Benz retail sites in Berlin and Brandenburg. The deal includes operations in Berlin and Brandenburg. Approval by Germany's Federal Cartel Office is expected this year. GAHL will begin operations in Germany in 2027. The acquisition marks GAHL's first location in Germany.
