Factorial Energy began trading on Nasdaq under ticker FAC after a SPAC merger valued at $1.3 billion. Mercedes-Benz drove a modified EQS over 745 miles on a single charge using Factorial's solid-state cells. The battery increased usable energy by 25% with the same weight and size as a standard EQS.
