Bitcoin miner IREN acquired Spanish data center developer Nostrum Group, adding 490 megawatts of secured power in Spain. The deal expands IREN's global power portfolio to about 5 gigawatts and supports its push into European AI cloud services, which offer more predictable revenue than volatile Bitcoin mining.
