EU Cannot Stop Sony From Dropping Physical Games

EU Commissioner Michael McGrath stated the EU cannot force Sony to continue manufacturing physical PlayStation games. Sony announced it will stop printing new physical Blu-ray discs for games released in 2028 and after. McGrath said companies are free to offer games as they see fit under EU law.
