Betterfly acquires Mexico's Minu in a $100M deal

Betterfly acquired Mexican corporate wellness startup Minu in a deal valued at approximately $100M. Minu provides over 50 employee benefits including earned wage access and telemedicine to more than 2,000 corporate customers. The acquisition adds financial wellness to Betterfly's platform and strengthens its position in Mexico ahead of a planned U.S. market entry.
