sqlite-utils 4.0 introduces database migrations, nested transactions via db.atomic(), and compound foreign keys. Migrations are defined in Python files using the sqlite-utils library. The release also includes breaking changes like making --detect-types the default for CSV imports and removing the db.query() shortcut.
