Civo Plans 40 UK Edge Datacenters for Sovereign AI

UK cloud provider Civo will build 40 edge datacenters to offer sovereign AI services, with the first opening in Hertfordshire by March 2027. The site starts at 8 MW and expands to 38 MW, using Nvidia Vera Rubin systems. Civo targets 1 GW capacity and has secured five more sites, aiming for 150 MW within three years.
