Galileo signal updated for Internet-of-Things use

Galileo deployed a new signal component, E5a Quasi Pilot, on 12 satellites in April. The upgrade makes Galileo signals easier to access for low-power Internet of Things and smart-city devices. This improves signal acquisition for emerging mass-market applications.
