Barclays Acquires GoHenry to Build Lifetime Banking Relationships

Barclays is acquiring GoHenry, a U.K. money management platform for children ages 6 to 18, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. GoHenry has more than half a million active U.K. users and offers prepaid debit cards, parental controls, and financial education. The deal lets Barclays capture customers before they open their first adult account.
