Gizmodo confirmed a security incident after readers saw fake CAPTCHA prompts pushing ClickFix malware. The Windows version attempted to install NetSupport RAT malware. The macOS payload was broken, requiring a password. The site was taken offline, the script removed, and the compromised account secured.
