Vancouver-based NORAM Electrolysis Systems Inc. received $5.6 million in federal and provincial funding to scale its next-generation electrochemical lithium refining platform. The company claims the platform will double capacity with improved performance, reduced power consumption, and lower plant costs. Lithium demand is expected to drastically outweigh supply by 2035.
