QT6 ports BASIC to web browsers

BASIC-256, an educational BASIC interpreter, is being ported to QT6 by developer UglyMike. A WebAssembly version now runs BASIC directly in a web browser. The interpreter includes graphics routines and 64-bit variables, based on KidBASIC.
