The full Firefox browser, including Gecko, UI components, and the Spidermonkey JS engine, now compiles and runs in WebAssembly. The port uses the WISP protocol for TCP-over-websockets, enabling end-to-end encryption. A novel WASM-to-JS JIT was built for experimental site speedup, costing over 25,000 opus/fable tokens for debugging and JIT research.
