Modders Bring DLSS 5 to AMD Radeon GPUs

A GitHub project called DLSS-NR-on-AMD reimplements Nvidia's DLSS 5 Neural Rendering for Radeon RX 9000 and RX 7000 GPUs. In Cyberpunk 2077 at 3440x1440, the latest Alpha 0.4.0 build hits around 50 FPS, up from roughly 30 FPS, after two updates delivered a 74% performance gain in 24 hours.
