CERN Releases Open VHDL Library Colibri

CERN has published colibri, a vendor-independent VHDL library with over 100 components, functions and procedures for FPGA development, under its Open Hardware Licence. Built in-house to streamline gateway devices for its experiments, it includes self-checking testbenches and some formal verification, and is hosted on GitLab. The library covers common interfaces such as SPI and I2C.
