Chinese automotive chipmaker SemiDrive completed Series C+ and C++ rounds, bringing 2026 Series C financing to about 1 billion yuan ($148 million). Investors include Walden International and Shaanxi state funds. Proceeds fund smart cockpit and vehicle control chip R&D.
