SK Hynix mass produces 375-layer NAND with molybdenum

SK Hynix moved 375-layer NAND into mass production, replacing tungsten with molybdenum. The 375-layer design is internally referred to as a "400-layer" product. Production occurs in existing fabs that currently make 321-layer V9 NAND.
