Commonwealth Fusion makes physics case for 400 MW reactor

Commonwealth Fusion Systems published five peer-reviewed papers detailing plans for its ARC fusion plant, a tokamak designed to produce 400 MW. The company's SPARC tokamak is over 70 percent complete and planned to operate next year. Both use high-temperature superconductors for a smaller, faster reactor.
