Ford Ranchero Electric Truck Starts at $30,000

Ford plans a $30,000 electric truck on its Universal EV platform, likely called Ranchero, entering production in 2027 as a 2028 model. The compact pickup will offer more interior volume than a Toyota RAV4, use LFP batteries, and hit 60 mph in 4.5 seconds. Production will occur at Ford's Louisville Assembly Plant in Kentucky.
