Researchers at CISPA Helmholtz Center found vulnerabilities in Apple's AirDrop and Google and Samsung Quick Share. Nearby attackers can crash AirDrop's sharingd service, temporarily disabling AirPlay, Handoff, and Universal Clipboard. The attacks require wireless proximity and disrupt availability, not expose user data or steal files.
