Qualcomm Unveils Two Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Chips

Qualcomm announced two flagship chips at Snapdragon Summit 2026: the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6. Both are its first 2nm processors, built on TSMC's N2P node. The Extreme version may power Samsung's Galaxy S27 Pro and S27 Ultra, competing with Apple's A20 Pro and MediaTek's Dimensity 9600.
