California leaders agreed to new zero-emission vehicle incentives in the state budget. Light-duty new vehicles with an MSRP cap of $50,000 and used vehicles at $25,000 qualify. California-headquartered ZEV manufacturers are exempt from the cap. The program launches this summer.
