Tesla on Autopilot Kills Woman in Texas Home Crash

A Tesla Model 3 with an automated driving-assistance system engaged crashed into a Texas home Friday evening, killing 76-year-old Martha Avila Mantilla. Driver Michael Butler told investigators the system was active. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has opened its own investigation into the crash.
