Paramount lawyer accuses Netflix of poisoning regulators on WBD merger

Paramount chief legal officer Makan Delrahim accused Netflix of running a scorched-earth campaign to poison regulators against Paramount's proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. The accusation came in a June 5 letter to the DOJ's Antitrust Division, responding to a Teamsters union letter that asked the DOJ to block the merger.
