Robseek Intelligence Merges with QuasarEdge SPAC

Robseek Intelligence entered a merger agreement with SPAC QuasarEdge Acquisition Corporation. The deal will make Robseek a publicly traded company. Robseek builds an AI-driven device, data, and service ecosystem through its NOVA AI advertising platform and plans to launch ALIF AI for smart devices.
