Amazon launched CloudWatch Omni, an AI-first observability platform that monitors and troubleshoots autonomous AI agents alongside traditional applications. It captures end-to-end traces, evaluates correctness and tool selection, and supports frameworks including LangChain, CrewAI and OpenAI SDK. The service offers natural-language investigations and a free VS Code extension, competing with LangSmith, LangFuse and Arize Phoenix.
