Researchers at Italy's IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca used NLP to analyze over 3,700 dream and waking reports from 287 adults. Dreams do not replay reality but rebuild it from familiar memories, emotions, and places into new scenarios, published in Communications Psychology.
