Twitch streamers can opt out of Amazon AI training

Twitch users can now opt out of having their streams, VODs, clips, chats, and channel content used to train Amazon's generative AI models. Opting out excludes content from future AI training but keeps AI-supported features like captions and safety tools active. Chat participation on another stream follows that streamer's opt-out preference.
