Anthropic accused Alibaba of carrying out the largest known campaign to illicitly extract capabilities from its Claude AI model. The San Francisco company said Alibaba-linked operators conducted nearly 29 million exchanges using thousands of fraudulent accounts. Anthropic urged Congress to penalize such attacks and prevent US tech theft.
