Windows 11's Point-in-time restore feature, arriving in the July 2026 Patch Tuesday update, can use up to 50GB of disk space. The storage limit defaults to 2% of disk size with a 50GB ceiling. Space is consumed only as snapshots are written, not pre-reserved.
