A federal judge denied preliminary approval of a $324.5 million settlement between Adobe, Apple, Google, Intel and class representatives in the high-tech employee antitrust litigation. Class representative Michael Devine opposed the settlement as inadequate. The court cited insufficient justification for the amount.
