Salesforce Debuts Koa AI Model for CRM

Salesforce announced Koa, a specialized AI model built to reason about CRM data, at its Dreamforce conference. Developed in partnership with Nvidia and based on the Nemotron architecture, Koa is designed for complex, multistep workflows within the Agentforce platform. It was trained on a synthetic dataset derived from nearly 30 years of internal CRM deployment experiences, not customer data.
