Capture One adds native Hasselblad RAW support

Capture One now supports Hasselblad's 16-bit.3FR RAW files for the X2D II 100C, X2D 100C, and CFV 100C cameras. Tethered capture is planned for later this year. Users need Capture One 16.8.3 or Mobile 3.3.4.
