NASA, Katalyst abandon Swift orbital rescue

NASA and Katalyst Space abandoned plans for LINK to boost the Swift observatory into a higher orbit after two reaction wheels failed. LINK will still attempt a rendezvous, but Swift's fiery re-entry is expected later this year.
