Google AI agents made 10 short films

Google tested AI agent teamwork by having 10 autonomous film crews each create a short film during an internal generative media hackathon. Each crew had three agents with distinct roles collaborating through messages and shared files inside Scion, an open source agent orchestration testbed. The experiment explored whether AI agents could collaborate on media, a domain less familiar than software development.
