Volkswagen ends charging station production

Volkswagen Group charging subsidiary Elli will end Flexpole fast-charging station production at its Hanover plant by the end of 2026. Partner ZhongDe Energy will take over the business and assemble an upgraded version near Frankfurt. Elli is exiting hardware to focus on energy market software and smart charging.
