Tesla cofounders Marc Tarpenning and Martin Eberhard are backing TELO, an EV startup making a pint-sized electric pickup called the MT1. Priced from $41,520, the truck is roughly the size of a MINI Cooper. TELO plans to build 500 units initially, then scale to 5,000 vehicles per year.
