Zymeworks ZW191 Shows 78.6% Response in Ovarian Cancer

Zymeworks presented Phase 1 data for ZW191 at ESMO Gynaecological Cancers Congress 2026. The ADC showed a 78.6% confirmed objective response rate in FRα-positive platinum-resistant ovarian cancer patients and 47.4% in FRα-negative patients. Median progression-free survival was 7.6 months across ovarian and endometrial cancer cohorts.
