Cisco Warns of Exploited SD-WAN Manager Flaw

Cisco says attackers are exploiting CVE-2026-76504, a critical authentication bypass in Catalyst SD-WAN Manager, disclosed September 30. The flaw carries a CVSS score of 9.8 and lets an unauthenticated remote attacker use the Manager API as admin. Internet-exposed Managers are at risk. Fixed releases exist but no workaround, and Cisco confirmed active exploitation in September 2026.
