AirPods Can Measure Your Heart Rate, but Are They Accurate?

The AirPods Pro 3 can measure heart rate, and testing against the Apple Watch Series 11 and a Polar chest strap showed they would beat every other smartwatch tested except the Apple Watch. The Apple Watch Series 11 remains the most accurate for heart rate tracking. The feature was announced at Apple's September keynote.
