Micron Taiwan Workers Reject Record Bonus

Micron announced a one-time cash bonus of NT$1 million (US$31,650) for Taiwan employees as part of a record rewards package. The union at its Taoyuan plant rejected the proposal, calling it a distraction. Workers demand a permanent 15% profit-sharing plan and a larger one-off payment. A second mediation is scheduled for September 21, 2026.
