Verda raises $189M for AI cloud

Helsinki-based neocloud Verda Cloud, formerly DataCrunch, raised $189 million in Series B funding led by Emergence Capital to expand its AI cloud infrastructure. Total funding now exceeds $450 million. Verda plans over 250 megawatts of capacity in 2027 and early deployments of Nvidia VR200 NVL72 supercomputers, serving AI workloads in more than 50 countries.
