NTSB: Driver overrode Tesla FSD in fatal crash

The National Transportation Safety Board confirmed that the Tesla driver in a fatal Texas crash manually overrode Full Self-Driving by pressing the accelerator to 100 percent. The Model 3 reached over 70 mph on a 30 mph road, killing 76-year-old Martha Avila inside a Katy home.
