Anthropic unveils Claude Tag and Agent Teams

Anthropic launched Claude Tag in Slack, a multiplayer coding agent that proactively monitors channels and lands 65% of product engineering PRs. The company also shipped Agent Teams in early February 2026, allowing multiple Claude Code instances to coordinate directly through a shared mailbox, with a token cost roughly three to four times that of a single session.
