Ford Fathom EV Launch Faces Uncertainty

Ford CEO Jim Farley says launching the $28,350 Fathom EV pickup at scale, on cost and on time will be a heck of an effort, casting doubt on the early 2027 target. Ford is investing $5 billion in its Louisville plant and a Michigan battery park to prepare for production.
