gRPC vs HTTP at 100 Concurrent Threads

A stress test using Fortio on a Golang-based feature flag service compared HTTP and gRPC at 1 to 100 concurrent threads. gRPC dominated at low concurrency but the performance gap flattened at 50 and 100 threads as CPU became the bottleneck. The remaining difference was JSON serialization versus binary Protobuf payloads.
