HashKey begins beta distribution of Hong Kong-regulated HKDAP stablecoin

HashKey Exchange became an authorized distributor for Anchorpoint Financial's HKDAP stablecoin, completing its first minting and redemption transaction. The beta rollout targets eligible institutions and professional investors. Anchorpoint, a Standard Chartered, HKT, and Animoca Brands joint venture, holds a Hong Kong Monetary Authority stablecoin issuer license.
